HELP for couples and inviduals
You can join the sessions as a couple or on your own, in case you prefer to get personalized help or your partner is not ready yet.
Even though you join as a couple, there is always the possibility of having 1:1 sessions if and when they are needed.
Join as a couple: Being in the room together, in a safe and facilitated space, you can learn a lot about each other and the way you interact. You may be able to listen and understand each other in a way that you have never experienced before. You will start practising changes directly in the sessions and then bring the newly learned skills home with you.
Join as an individual: You can change a lot in your relationship’s dance by working on yourself alone, as the say goes “It takes two to Tango”. By modifying your role in the dance, clarifying your needs and improving your confidence, you can see your relationship transform. Your partner can join us if and when they or you feel ready.
How does working with me look like?
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and my intuition to provide guidance and a safe space to work things out. It is a cooperative endeavour and you will always be asked where you think it is better to set the focus at any given time.
In the following diagram, you can see the common phases that couples and individuals usually navigate through. In reality, navigation can go back and forth and creatively make leaps.

Sessions are 60 min long for individuals and 90 min long for couples.

Couple Sessions 90 min - on a sliding scale of £60-80 (no questions asked)
If you need some individual separate sessions during your couple work these will last 60 min and will cost on a sliding scale of £30-40 (no questions asked)
All fees include individual assistance via email between sessions
You may be wondering how many sessions will be needed to solve your relationship dilemma. That depends on many factors that are different for each situation.
Nevertheless, I offer some packages to give you an orientation. A bespoken arrangement can always be discussed.
Once the bulk of your difficulties has been disentangled, you may be able to continue the process on your own, possibly with occasional follow-up sessions that you can book whenever you feel the need.
Starting Package - 6 sessions
This package allows you to try this work with a relatively low commitment. You will explore the potential of your relationship and gain a deeper understanding of what is troubling it.
Standard Package - 9 sessions
This package will lay the foundation for the resolution of your relationship difficulties. You will be able to understand each other better and change the way you interact and negotiate solutions.
Impact Package - 12 sessions
Committing to 12 sessions demonstrates how important it is for you to make a decisive impact on your situation. With such a stable container the work can go deeper more quickly and foster change relatively soon.
ABOUT ME
I am a qualified life coach and practitioner in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutical model. I have spent most of my life struggling with intimate relationships until I eventually skilled up into satisfaction and love.
My partner is a head injury survivor and with her exceptionally low threshold of irritability, she has taught me how to love someone deeply.
